At leaders in Transformation you'll discover your "what's next" in life in Basic and Advance. You'll then author your own Personal Leadership Plan of goals you want to achieve in the next 90 days of your life, and you'll be assigned a personal coach who will hold you accountable to achieve them in our Legacy Program.

Your relationship with your coach is invaluable, in Legacy, your life is the classroom, and all the things that have stopped you from you "what's next" in the past you will tackle head on. But working with your coach and your tribe, you will learn how to navigate any obstacle or circumstance that gets in your way to create the life and relationship you say matters to you. All of this combined is what makes transforming your life in a short period of time possible.
What Do You Want?
From a young age to 14+ years of our lives, we have spent it in a learning environment - but where have we ever learned how to live and deal with life and its breakdowns and breakthroughs? Many of our graduates say that Leaders in Transformation course are like getting an instruction manual for life and relationships. No Guarantee
The question of whether the training "works" or not has been definitely answered a long time ago. That doesn't mean it is guaranteed to work for you, because, like any educational environment, it is ultimately up to the student on how they participate. We all know that every year several thousand incoming freshman at the worlds most renown universities will flunk out of school before the year is done. All the credibility, all the tenured professors and the well stocked libraries in the world cannot make up for a lack of commitment or attention from the student himself.

Teachers and coaches and books can be an incredible resource for the students committed to learning. Ultimately, however, the simple fact is that we all must learn for ourselves. The truth is highlighted particularly in the case of personal transformation seminars. Here we are not working on merely adding to our warehouse of knowledge on any specific topic such as history or algebra or science. Instead, the opportunity here is to actually redesign the way we see ourselves and the way we relate with the world. Much more than a transaction of information, this is transformation of being. No one can make this happen for someone else. Each of us must create our own shift.
